The ladies meet every Thursday evening in the church lounge between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, except for the months of January and August.
The meeting is basically a friendship group, with a common bond of being interested in learning more about Jesus. We sing a few hymns, read a Bible extract and invite visiting speakers. The talks are short, easy to understand and through them God speaks to us. Some weeks we include a time of sharing and mutual encouragement. We always close with a cup of tea or coffee.
You can just come anytime you can make it, you do not need to do anything except come. But if you want to share things with others, you can. Transport to and from the meeting can be arranged if necessary, just let us know.
During 2007 we will be celebrating our 70th anniversary and details of our special events will be posted on the website.
